Shipping policy

At Urbanic Maven, we strive to provide a premium and transparent delivery experience for every "Drop."

1. Shipping Costs

• Orders of ₹999 and Above: FREE Standard Shipping across India.
• Orders Below ₹999: A flat shipping fee of ₹60 will be applied at checkout.
• Cash on Delivery (COD): A non-refundable ₹50 convenience fee applies to all COD orders, regardless of the order value, to cover additional courier handling.

2. Order Processing (The Print Phase)

• Custom Made: Every Urbanic Maven piece is custom-printed and handcrafted specifically for you upon order.
• Timeline: Processing and printing typically take 2–4 business days before the item is handed over to our courier partners.

3. Delivery Timelines (The Transit Phase)

Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

• Metros (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, etc.): 3–5 business days.
• Rest of India: 5–7 business days.
• Total Estimated Time: You can expect your order to arrive within 5–9 business days from the date of purchase.

4. Order Tracking

As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an automated email and SMS with a tracking number so you can follow your package in real-time.

5. Undelivered Packages (RTO)

Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If a package is returned to us (RTO) due to an incorrect address or unavailability, a reshipping fee will be charged to send it out a second time.
