Refund policy

At Urbanic Maven, every piece is custom-printed and handcrafted specifically for you upon order. Because of this bespoke process, we maintain a strict policy to ensure quality and exclusivity.

1. Damaged or Defective Items

  • We offer a 100% replacement or full refund if your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective.
  • Strict Reporting Window: You must report any manufacturing defects or shipping damages within 3 days of the delivery date as recorded by the courier.
  • To initiate a claim, please email us at urbanicmaven@gmail.com with your order number and clear photographs of the damage/defect.

2. Exchanges & "Buyer’s Remorse"

  • Since each product is made-to-order, we do not offer returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection or change of mind.
  • Please consult our Size Guide carefully before placing your order to ensure the perfect fit.

3. Lost or Undelivered Packages

  • For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 15 days after the estimated delivery date.
  • We will cover the costs of shipping a replacement order for you if the loss is confirmed by the courier.

4. Cancellations

  • You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placement.
  • Once an order enters the "Production" phase at our facility, it can no longer be cancelled or modified.

5. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method (Cashfree/UPI/Card) within 5-7 business days.
